Process

Our intensive screening process ensures that we provide staff who are well-suited for both public and private care facilities. Our rigorous recruitment procedure is at the core of our organisation. In order for potential candidates to join our team, they must:

  • Pass a DBS check
  • Provide references
  • Undergo a face-to-face interview
  • Explain breaks in work history
  • Undergo assessment of their Occupational Health Status
  • Provide photo I.D.
  • Complete our in-house training, etc.
